Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check in 12:00 pm. - Check out is 11:00 am. - Must contact Park Manager to discuss arrival time. - Site rental includes 1 vehicle, 1 RV, and 2 persons. - All guests must register upon arrival. - There will be a charge of $10 per person per night for each additional person over the allowed per site. - The maximum number of guests per site is 4. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Age Restriction - Alliance Hill is an age-restricted resort. - All guests should be 50 years of age or, if a couple, at least 1 spouse must be 50 years of age. Max RV Length - RV length 45 feet maximum. - We can not accommodate over the max length. Speed Limit - The speed limit within the park is 10 mph. Please watch out for guests or pets while driving in the park. Fires/Campfires - There shall be absolutely no open flames or fires anywhere in the park. - Barbeque grills may be used on concrete pads only. Trash and Garbage - All trash must be tied up in regular garbage bags and placed at the street end of your site for pick-up. - Trash pick-up is between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily. Quiet enjoyment - Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Behavior, Alcohol - Any unruly behavior, offensive language (foul, threatening, or vulgar language), or public intoxication shall not be permitted. - No alcohol is permitted in any public areas of the park. - Any violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction from the park without refund. No Commercial Activity - There shall be no commercial activity or business carried out at any location within the park. Prohibited Items/Activities - There shall be no fireworks or firearms in the park. - Their use is strictly prohibited. Motorized Vehicle Policy - No ATVs, Go Karts, Dune Buggies, Dirt / Mini bikes, motor scooters, and All-Terrain vehicles may be operated! - Golf carts are allowed to be used in the park, mainly for the handicapped. Site Appearance and Cleanliness Guidelines - RVs must be in proper maintenance and appearance at all times. - Guests are responsible for maintaining a neat appearance on their site; there shall be no clotheslines, tents, or other clutter around or under the R.V. - Sewer hoses must be connected with E-Z couplers or rubber sponge sewer ring attachments, pursuant to Florida law. Smoking and Vaping - All buildings are smoke-free. - Smoking or vaping shall not be permitted in any areas, including public areas such as the pool and the dog park. - All smoking on your assigned site must be done with great care and consideration toward others. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome. - All pets shall be kept on a leash no longer than 6 ft. and in control at all times in the park. - Pets are not to be left unattended, and kennels are prohibited! - Owners must clean up after their pets at all times. - Any guest who fails to clean up after their pet will be evicted without a refund. - Continuous barking or aggressive behavior by your dog will result in your eviction. - Absolutely no pets are allowed inside any park building or pool area at any time except service animals. Pool Policy - No glass, alcohol, or pets will be permitted at the pool at any time. - There is no lifeguard on duty; we are all adults and should not need supervision.
