Our RV park is located in the heart of the Ozarks, surrounded by stunning scenery and plenty of outdoor activities for the whole family. We invite you to come and stay at our park. The park opened in December 2023, and is clean and well kept. Open year round. We are only a few minutes to the White River and Bull Shoals Lake, with world class fishing, endless hiking opportunities and scenic byways to explore. We work with local independent Guides, White River, and Bull Shoals Lake.

Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Campsite Check-in Time: 3 p.m.
- Campsite Check-Out Time: 2 p.m.
- Early check-in is permitted if the occupying guest has left early.
- We will not ask a guest to leave so that you can check in early.
- If you will be arriving in the area early, please make arrangements until check-in.
- We do not have a waiting area for those checking in early.
- You do not need to contact the office for check out, unless you need to pay for an after-hours check-in, which can be handled online.
- We prosecute for theft of services.
- It is your sole responsibility to back into our into covered sites without causing any damage to the enclosure or you will be held liable for said damages.
- Back in stripes have been painted on concrete floor to help guide your rig in so there will be adequate room for slide outs to extend on either side.
- Late check-ins are allowed at any time; please just contact the park for instructions.
- If you are staying in our park for a month or longer, we require an agreement to be signed.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement.
Site Changes
- You have been assigned a specific site.
- If you wish to move, please check with the office.
- Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible.
- Please inquire before moving sites.
Open Fires
- Open fires are allowed in our park but only in our designated fire rings during nonwindy conditions,10 mph or less, and are to be kept small and extinguished before leaving. Any local fire ban posted on our website will be strictly adhered to.
- Propane grills are fine at all times.
Parking
- Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site.
- Use of more than one site will result in additional charges.
- Friends coming to visit, that’s great, but have them park in your site or in the extra parking area.
- Do not park in the middle of the road.
- Do not block neighboring sites.
RV Washing
- Washing RVs or vehicles is only permitted with 1 bucket of water and a sponge.
- Hose washing is not permitted, as it can result in a mess and disturb your neighbors.
Pet policies
- We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times.
- This helps you, your pet, and other guests and other guests’ pets stay safe.
- Please do not tie your pet to our trees or posts.
- We reserve to the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is not considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the park.
- Be a good neighbor ,and please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet always.
- Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites please.
- Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
- Pets may not be left unattended outside of your rig.
- Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park.
- Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date.
- Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors.
- Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
Visitors
- Only registered, paid guests are permitted to stay in the park past 10:00 PM.
- Anglers' Choice RV Park reserves the right to limit the number of people at any site.
- Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and guests have paid if staying the night, and that all campground rules are followed.
Electrical Use
- Electricity is included in nightly and weekly rates.
- Monthly guest are responsible for their own electrical, meters are read at check in and again at checkout and you pay for only what is used at the same rate as I pay.
- Please notify the office if you have any electrical issues during your stay.
- Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements.
- Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.
Quiet Time Policies
- Quiet time is 10 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.
Trash Disposal
- The trash dumpster is located at the east end of the park.
- Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash completely in the trash dumpster.
- Please close the lid and gate.
- Please do not place your trash on the ground or leave it outside your rig overnight.
- Woodland creatures like possums and raccoons are attracted to trash left out.
- The trash dumpster is only for park-generated trash (contractors take note).
- Do not dispose of oil, any toxic waste, tires, or chemicals in our dumpster or trash cans.
- Trash is emptied twice per month which under normal circumstances should be adequate, if not we will have it picked up sooner, please let us know if it is approaching full.
Children
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be back at their site by dusk.
Fireworks and Firearms
- Fireworks of any type are strictly prohibited in our park.
- We know areas that aren’t far from shooting your fireworks. Just ask.
- All Firearms must be concealed in your rig at all times.
- Anyone brandishing a firearm of any kind will be asked to leave, that includes all guns, including airsoft, BB, pellet guns, paintball, and archery.
- If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
- Hunters keep them cased between your rig and car.
Repairs
- Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park.
- We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs.
Safety and Emergencies
- Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all monthly guests.
- This information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency.
- We never give personal information out to others except law enforcement.
- If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call (870) 421-5464 or 911
- If you need to call 911 for any reason, the park address is 389 CR 7001 Flippin, (Fairview) Marion County, tell dispatch its an RV park and give them your site number.
- We never give personal information except to the authorities
General:
- Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, visitors, and/or pets.
- Guest assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold harmless from and indemnify Anglers Choice Rv Park Management), from any and all liability to me, my children, my invitees/guests, personal representatives, and heirs for any loss or damage on account of injury to person (including death)or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the Anglers Choice RV Park property, facilities, amenities, and any dangers and hazards associated with acts of nature such as changing weather conditions; high winds; thunder and lightning; temperature fluctuations; falling trees; tree limbs, ice; etc.
- Anglers Choice RV Park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
- We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
- Guest must make arrangements with the post office to hold their mail or packages at the post office until pickup.
- FedEx or UPS may or may not agree to deliver to the park.
- All Motorhomes, RVs, or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
- Tents are limited to a maximum of 1 per site in addition to an RV, if no RV is present then 2 tents will be allowed at standard site rate.
- All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
- Obnoxious behavior of any kind is prohibited.
- We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on this property.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
