Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Rules and Regulations - Atlantic RV Resort is a family park. Please treat your neighbors and other people in the park as you would like to be treated. - Please use good judgment and conduct yourself in a respectful, friendly, courteous, and safe manner. - Please promptly report problems to an ARV Resort staff member and complete an incident report if the situation merits such. - No convicted felons will be allowed on the premises. - All patrons will undergo a background check. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are 11 pm until 7 am, both in your unit and outside. - All loud noise and music shall cease during these hours. - There shall be no loud or disruptive noise of any kind, including loud music. Pool - We have a gorgeous saltwater pool with an attached bathhouse. - Please, no pets or glass bottles around the pool. - If you use umbrellas, please close them when you leave. Alcohol - No disruptive or drunken behavior is allowed at any time. - Please enjoy yourselves in a responsible manner and always be courteous and considerate of others. Children - Parents or guardians are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. - Children may not be left unattended at any time. - Teenagers may not stay in the park unless a parent is present in the same unit. - Please have a great time and enjoy your stay, also remember there are children everywhere, so please be cautious when driving. - The maximum speed limit is 5 MPH. - Please be kind and no bullying. Automobiles - No more than one RV and two automobiles per lot. - No washing of vehicles or boats in the RV Resort. Visitor Policy - All visitors must register at the office and display a visitor pass in their vehicle. Use of Your Unit - Only the agreement holder and their immediate family may use the unit. - No subletting. Vehicles & Parking - Please obey the 10 MPH speed limit. - Protect our children. - Please park on your site and do not block your neighbor's lot or park in the street. - No parking on vacant lots. - No electric scooters, 4-wheelers, or ATVs. - The maximum speed limit within the RV Resort is 5 MPH. - No ATVs, go-karts, skateboards, or mini-bikes are allowed. - Golf carts are allowed. Construction - Any site construction/additions require management approval. - All construction within the RV Resort must be approved in advance by management. - This includes all decks, storage buildings, and other structures. - No clotheslines are allowed, and there is to be no hanging of clothes or towels on fences, walls, trees, or bushes. Swimming - You may play and swim at your own risk on the sandy beach and in the water. - No lifeguards are provided. Campsite Maintenance & Waste Disposal - Please bag and dispose of your garbage in the dumpster provided on-site. - There are three dumpsters near the pavilion for your use. - Please keep your site and the park clean and free of debris, cans, bottles, cigarette butts, dog poop and garbage. - Anyone found leaving trash on the property or beach is subject to a $75 fine. - A dumpster is provided for the use of Harkers Island RV Resort residents. - You will be provided a key and/or code to the dumpster area. - There is a $25 charge for the replacement of a lost key and/or code. Environment - At Atlantic RV Resort, we strive to be great stewards of the environment in which we live, work, and play. - Accordingly, please be conscious of your impact on the environment when it comes to energy consumption, water usage, litter, animal and plant life, and our beautiful water. - Please turn off the water and lights when not in use. Courtesy - Please respect the privacy of other residents. - Do not walk through occupied lots to get to and from the beach, water, or any other area. - Use the designated roads and walks. Pet Policy - We are pet-friendly as long as your pets are friendly. - Please keep pets on your site or on a leash. - This includes all animals, not just dogs. - Please help us keep our grounds clean by scooping your pets' waste and disposing properly. - Do not leave your pets unattended. - Pets cannot be a nuisance to others, ex. Constant barking. - Do not leave doors or windows open on the RV if you are away from the site & pets are left inside the home. - They will not be allowed to be tied outside or left on decks. - No pets will be allowed in the office/clubhouse. - The Park reserves the right to prohibit any pets or breeds at our discretion. - Limit two animals per campsite. Responsibility - Atlantic RV Resort is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury occurring within the park. Music - To allow everyone to enjoy the park, be courteous about your choice of music and volume. - Profanity, vulgar lyrics, and excessive volume will not be allowed. - We want everyone to enjoy the park, but not to the detriment of the other residents. - Please be courteous of the volume of any music played. - Repeat violators will be fined. Fires - Fires are permitted only in well-protected fire grills and must be raised off the ground. - No fire rings allowed. Prohibited - Fireworks and firearms. Laundry - We have a coin-operated laundry room at the back of the bath house. Storage - Boat, trailer, or vehicle storage on the campsite is not allowed at Atlantic RV Resort. - However, we can provide you with fenced storage for your boats, trailers, and extra vehicles. Lighting - Any exterior lighting that is not provided by the manufacturer of your RV or Park Home requires approval by the management of Atlantic RV Resort.
