Welcome to Beaver Trail Campground. Beaver Trail Campground is located in northeast Michigan’s Ogemaw County. Whether you and your family enjoy outdoor sports, riding ORV and snowmobile trails, hunting, fishing, or just relaxing, you’ll discover that there is always something to do at Beaver Trail Campground. We invite you to pitch your tent or park your RV and start enjoying your camping getaway. Explore nature with your family and friends, and enjoy the peaceful country setting with plenty of activities in the area. Swim, kayak, canoe, or paddle boat in the big pond, play on the beach, or do some catch and release fishing. Play volleyball, enjoy the playground area, find a frog, grab a book from our Sharing Library, or shoot some hoops. Our Community Area, located next to the pond, is a relaxing place to gather while enjoying the scenery.

Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is 2:00 PM or later. - Check-out time is Noon. - Late check-out (anytime after 2:00 p.m.) will result in an automatic $20 fee. - Early check-in (anytime before 12:00 noon) will result in an automatic $20 fee. - If checking in after office hours, your balance must be paid in full prior to arrival. - If you are still occupying your site, and it's 5 p.m. or later on your day of departure, you'll automatically incur an additional day's charge in addition to the $20 late fee. - If a later check-in time or check-out time is desired, please notify the office in ­advance. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pet Policy - Dogs must be on tie-outs while outside in your campsite and on leash while walking. - You must be in control of your animal(s) at all times. - Excessive barking is prohibited. Visitor Policy - Your Guests are asked to leave by 10:00 PM. - If spending the night, please notify the office. - A fee may apply. Speed Limit - Speed limit within the campground is 5 MPH. - Signs are posted throughout the property. - We have adopted a zero tolerance policy for speeding. ­ - Violators will receive one warning before being asked to leave. - No refunds will be provided. Campsite Policy - Our Campsites are designed to accommodate one camping unit, 2 vehicles, and 1 hauling trailer. - If additional space is needed, please notify the office in advance. Campfire Policy - Use properly sized local firewood only. - Do not leave fires unattended, and please put out your fire before retiring for the evening. - Please do not put trash in your fire ring Swimming and Water Activities Policy - No glass containers or bottles permitted on the beach. - Please supervise children. Keep pets away from the beach area. - There is no lifeguard on duty and no swimming after dusk. Garbage Policy - Trash containers are located at each campsite. - Please use the recycling bins for clean recyclables. - If additional trash bags are needed, please contact the office. - Please place your trash in the trash dumpster when checking out. Quiet Hours - Quiet Time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Please respect your fellow campers and turn down any outside music. Flag Policy - Our policy covers your campsite, your camper, your vehicle(s), and ORV(s). - The following are allowed: USA Flags (Stars and Stripes only, of any vintage; USA Military and POW MIA flags, US current territory flags (Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands, US Border countries, and major automotive / ORV manufacturers. Prohibited Items and/or Activities - Loud Music, Fighting, Profanity, Defacing Campground property, Vandalism, etc., won't be tolerated under any conditions. - Reports of such activity/behavior are grounds for eviction. - No refund provided if an eviction occurs. - Fireworks and Firearms cannot be discharged anywhere within the campground property. - In the event of severe weather, please go to the shower house for shelter. Speed Limit - Our campground has a 5 MPH speed limit. - Signs are posted throughout the property. - Speeding will not be tolerated. - Not adhering to the speed limit may result in eviction, with no refund. Campground Disclaimer - Camping is an outdoor experience. - Therefore, we do not give refunds due to the discomforts of nature, illness, or work schedules.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
