Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 4 P.M. - Check-Out: 11 A.M. - The renter agrees there is no refund for early checkout. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pet Policy - Due to insurance requirements, all vaccinations must be current, including rabies. - Keep pets under control and on a leash at all times. - Ensure your pet does not create any conflict or disturbance with others and will not threaten any physical harm to anyone. - Keep the pet from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others, and remedy any complaints concerning the pet immediately. - Pet owners must promptly remove any waste from the property, including all living areas, common areas, yards, porches, patios, picnic areas, etc. - Never leave pets unattended. - Do not tie your pet to a tree and leave. - Do not leave pets unattended in the dog park. The leash must be on at all times. - Prevent pets from damaging any property belonging to the Bison Trace campground. - Do not allow pets on furniture. - Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbor. - Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund. - Pets are not allowed in the recreational building unless the pet is a service animal. - The renter shall not keep any animal or pet in or around the campground without written approval. - The renter shall adhere to the following pet restrictions: - Pets shall be defined as dogs; no additional animals shall be permitted. - No more than two (2) dogs. Smoking Policy - The renter agrees to no smoking inside the cabins, tents, covered wagons, bathrooms, and recreational building, and further agrees to pay a $500 fine and cleaning fee if the renter, the renter’s family, guests, or visitors smoke inside the units. - The renter agrees not to dispose of cigarettes on the campground property and to dispose of them in the smoking receptacle. Key Policy - The renter agrees to return all keys issued by the park at the end of the rental period and further agrees to pay a $100.00 relocking fee if the renter, the renter’s family, guest, or visitor fails to return any of the keys. - The renter agrees to inform management immediately if any damages or items are not in working order. Cleanliness - The renter agrees to properly clean all pots & pans, dishes, utensils, glasses, and flatware before checking out. - Garbage needs to be consolidated and left on the porch. - Kitchen towels, bath towels, and washcloths should be left in the shower. - The renter agrees that if the unit is left unclean, the credit card on file will be charged a minimum of a $100 cleaning fee. - Bison Trace agrees to inform the renter of discrepancies before charging the card. Respect your Neighbor - The renter agrees to be respectful of your neighbor and not walk between sites when navigating the park. - Please use the main road, sidewalks, and designated paths to walk the campground. Visitors - Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. - All visitors must have prior approval from management. - Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed. - Please check with management before inviting guests. - Visitors may not bring pets Fire Pits - Fires must be in fire pits provided by Bison Trace; no open fires. - Do not move fire pits. Creek - The renter agrees to use the creek at their own risk. Restriction - Firearms and fireworks are prohibited. - The renter agrees to no fishing, swimming, or wading in the pond. - No hunting on the property. Quiet Time - Quiet time is 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. Speed Limit - The speed limit in the campground is 5 mph. Campground Disclaimer - The renter agrees to abide by all park rules and ensures that all Renters, renters’ family, guests, and visitors follow the same. - The renter agrees to hold harmless Bison Trace Luxury Campground from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including attorney fees of any nature, whether for personal injury, property damage, or any other damage or costs arising. - The renter further agrees that they will not make any claim under any circumstances whatsoever, for any personal injuries or property damage or any other damages or injuries on the premises, regardless of the cause of said personal injuries, bodily damage, or other damages or injuries to renters, renters family, or guests.
