Rules

Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 2:00 PM - Check-out time: 11:00 AM - Office hours are Monday-Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm, and Sunday, 1 pm to 5 pm. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. WI-FI - BFGuest. - No password needed. Speed Limit - 5 mph or less throughout the park. Gate Cards - Each guest will receive one card with a maximum limit of two. - Gate cards must be returned to the office mailbox upon departure of your stay. - There will be a $15.00 card replacement fee if they are not returned. Quiet Hours - 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. - During this time, voices, activity, and other noises must be kept to a minimum. - Please be aware that normal speaking voices can carry. - Outside radios and TVs should be turned off. Occupancy - A maximum of 6 people is allowed (including registered guests and visitors) per site at any given time. - Your reservation includes two adults and four children per site. - If any additional guests or children are staying the night, please notify the office, as it’s $10 per additional guest per night. Vehicles and Trailers - You are permitted to have one RV and two vehicles per site. - Vehicles and trailers that do not fit completely on your pad must be parked in the visitor parking area. - Please keep all vehicles on gravel surfaces, except in overflow parking. - Do not park on grass, another site, or on the road. - No double parking or “sideways parking” on sites. - There is a $5 per day charge for additional vehicles. - Each registered guest must display their parking pass. - Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited in the park. - Except for golf carts. Alcohol & Drugs - No public display of alcohol. - Please keep it contained in a koozie or cup. - At Blake Farms Family RV Resort, we strive to ensure the best camping experience. - We have chosen to designate our park a drug-free area. - The use of any recreational drugs, legal or otherwise, will result in an early departure for the offenders with no refund. Smoking - No smoking in any of the park buildings or beach areas. - Help keep our park clean by using the receptacles instead of dropping butts on the ground. Campsite Boundaries - Campsite boundaries are from utility pedestal to utility pedestal. - Please respect other campers’ sites and refrain from crossing others’ campsites. - Please stay on roads and designated paths throughout the grounds. - This is a family-friendly park. - Campers’ activities shall not interfere with other campers’ use and quiet enjoyment of their site. - Disturbing others, disorderly conduct, fighting, or obscene language will result in eviction. Children - All parents/guardians are responsible for the appropriate behavior of their children. - Be aware of where your children are and what they are always doing. - Parents/guardians will be financially liable for damage caused by their children. - Minor children 15 years old or younger must not leave their campsite after 10:00 PM unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. - Your children must always be supervised. - Children are not allowed at another resident’s site unless they are invited. - Parents, please make your children aware of these rules. Pets - A maximum of 2 pets per guest. - Quiet pets on a 6’ max length leash are welcome. - E-collars are not considered a leash. - Only small, compact fences are allowed, and they must remain on the gravel, in your canopy area. - Fences cannot be placed on grass. - Do not hang dog runs/leashes on trees. - Even if you feel your pet doesn’t need to be on a leash, we ask that you do so at all times. - Our insurance requires it for the park. - No exceptions. - Pets cannot be left outside when owners are away from the site or park, nor may they be left inside the RV if they are excessive barkers. - Excessive barking, growling, or any aggressive behavior will not be allowed. - Noisy pets, failure to keep your pet on a leash, or failure to pick up after your pet could result in a request to remove your pet from the premises. - If your pet is not under control, you may be asked to leave the park without a refund. - Aggressive pets will not be tolerated and will be required to leave the premises. - Pets must be current on all vaccines. - Picking up your dog’s waste immediately is mandatory. Dog Park - Please clean up after your dog in this area. - Do not damage any display items. - If the pet waste station is full, please contact the office. General Housekeeping - Please keep your campsite clean during your stay and leave the campsite in the same condition you found it when you arrived. - Our park staff works hard to keep sites clean and free of debris. - Please help by avoiding clutter and eyesores such as boxes, tools, wood, empty flowerpots, etc. - Only furniture and items intended for outside use are allowed and must be kept to a minimum. Garbage - Absolutely no trash bags left outside of campers at night. - Only household-generated garbage should be placed in the dumpster. - No dumping of electronic items, mattresses, hazardous, or flammable items. - Large boxes should be broken down to save space. - The dumpster is located outside the gate next to the little cabin. Littering - Please do not litter; this includes cigarette butts and trash left in/around your site. - If management must clean your site, there will be a $50 charge. Bicycles - Ride only on roadways and trails. - Do not ride after dusk. - Do not park or ride bikes on grass or through landscaping. Golf Carts - Must be registered at check-in. - You must have a valid driver’s license to operate. - Golf carts must have proof of liability insurance and be shown with a minimum of $50,000 in personal injury and property damage held on the golf cart. - All golf carts must be properly lit after dark. Bathhouse/Restrooms - Please keep the bathhouses and showers clean. - Do not leave clothing, soap, or any trash. - Keep doors closed. Laundry - $1.50 to wash and $2.00 to dry. - If you need change, you may contact the office during regular office hours. - There are 2 washers and 2 dryers. - The wash time is around 30 minutes, and the dry time is around 60 mins. - Do not wash/dry pet beds, rugs, or other large items. - If a machine breaks down, please contact the office immediately. - Do not wash mats, pets, pet kennels, or any muddy clothing. - Please be respectful of other campers needing to use the machines. - If items are left unattended, staff will remove them, and they will be disposed of. Beach Area - Keep this area clean. - Do not swim alone or after dark. - The water level is around 5 feet deep. - Swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. - No horseplay. - Do not place items on or swim close to the overflow pipe. - Do not play with the emergency ring buoys. - Please lower the umbrellas when you are finished and place the volleyball back in the net bag on the post. - Do not mess with the palm trees. - Do not throw rocks in the water. Playground - Please keep gate(s) always closed. - Please lower umbrellas when not in use. - Do not leave clothing or shoes in this area, as management will dispose of items left. - No pets are allowed in the playground area. - No shoes or sharp objects are allowed on the jump pillow (knives, keys, etc.). - No throwing of mulch or jumping from swings or other playground equipment. - No excessive horseplay. - Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. - Complaints of disorderly conduct will be investigated by management and may result in termination of stay with no refunds. Mini-Golf - Free to all campers. - Open from 8 am-11 pm daily. - Please return putters back to the window as found when you arrived. - Do not hit balls into the beach area, drain areas, or rocks. - Do not mess with the displays. Fishing - Catch and release only. - No license is required to fish. - No swimming is allowed in this fishing pond. - Please keep the pond area clean. Accidents/Incidents - Must be reported to management and have a report filed no later than 24 hours after the occurrence. Prohibited - Do not hang items from or between trees or put nails or screws on any trees. - Dumping of any grill drippings/grease onto the grounds or in fire pits. - No walking through other people’s sites, no digging, staking, etc., on sites. - Do not cover the grass with mats, carpet, etc. - No filling of large water containers (10 gallons or more), pressure washers, water barrels, pop-up pools, jacuzzies, etc. - No liquid waste of any kind may be dumped on the ground or in dumpsters. - No sale or solicitation of any product. - No sex offenders or felons. - Disorderly conduct between tenants and/or staff will result in termination of your stay without a refund. Campground Disclaimer - Blake Farms Family RV Resort and its agents, employees, and representatives will not be responsible for and assume no liability in the event of loss due to fire, theft, accidents, Mother Nature, or any other loss, whether it may be injury or loss of property. - Management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to evict without prior notice anyone who creates a disturbance, nuisance, or deliberately breaks any of the park’s policies. - All information and rates are subject to change without notice. - Eviction will be immediate and without any reimbursement of camping fees. - Disregard for campground rules, causing dissension among other campers, or conduct deemed improper by the management is cause for immediate eviction without notice or refund. - Please enter the campsite with safety and caution. - Damage to Blake Farms Family RV Resort property is the financial responsibility of the registered guest. - The Campground cannot be responsible for injury or damage due to wind, water, fire, or the negligence of you or others. - Some of these rules were made by our insurance carrier, some by the state of NC, some by our attorney, and some by management. - They were made for your safety and to ensure the enjoyment of your camping experience.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
