Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in: 12:00 PM. - Check-out: 11:00 AM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. RV Type Policy - Approved recreational vehicles include Class A, Class B, Class C Motorhomes, fifth wheels, hard-sided travel trailers, and toy haulers. - All recreational vehicles must be currently registered, maintained in good condition, and in running order without leaks of any kind. - All RVs must be leveled and supported with the proper equipment. Campground Disclaimer ​- The establishment of these rules and regulations is to aide in providing Blue Bonnet Meadows RV guests a secure, Comfortable convenient and attractive environment. - They also set guidelines for the appearance of individual RV’s and the space they occupy. - It is impossible to have rules and regulations covering every contingency and situation. - Guests have the responsibility to inquire into any policy that may not be published in the rules and regulations. - Failure to do so is not grounds for the granting of an exception. - Please advise all your visitors of our rules and regulations. ​Parking - One RV and two vehicles per site. - No tents or tarps allowed. - Additional vehicles shall be parked in the overflow parking areas. - No boats, cargo trailers, and utility trailers allowed in or around sites. - Please do not change sites without prior approval from management. - Cutting through, using, or parking in unoccupied sites or on the grass is prohibited. Speed Limit - 5 MPH: off road vehicles or motorized vehicles of any type are not allowed in the park. - Must be approved by management to ride golf carts or side by sides. Payments - We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Cash. - Checks are accepted on monthly rentals only. - Guests are required to remunerate camping fees upon arrival. Late Payments - All monthly site rentals are due in full on their designated date of each month. - Any payment received after the fifth day of your designated payment date will have an additional $40.00 late fee added to that month’s reservation. - An additional $40.00 late fee (for a total of $80.00) will be added if an unpaid balance remains after the 10th day Admission - RVs acceptance is based upon year, condition, and appearance. - All RVs must be self-contained and RVIA approved.(or Canadian Equivalency) Site Occupancy - No more than four (2) adults with children may occupy one recreational vehicle. - There will be an extra charged of $10/day per person over (2) adults for our daily and weekly guest, or $100 per month for monthly guest. Trash - Please do not leave trash sitting out. - No outside trash cans. - Dumpsters are provided at the front of the park for household trash only. - Please do not put furniture, appliances, lumber, or metal in or around the dumpster areas. - Please do not throw paper, cigarette/ cigar butts, drink bottles / caps, charcoal, etc. …. on the park grounds or in the pond. - “Don’t Mess with Texas” Children - Children under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult while on the park grounds and are not allowed in the recreation center or pond area unattended. - Parents are responsible for children using scooters, inline skates, skateboards, bicycles, etc. while in the park. Quiet Time - 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Anything considered a nuisance will not be tolerated. - Please no running generators or loud music. - Please be considerate of others. Site Appearance - Guests agree to keep their site clean, neat, and in an orderly fashion always. - Please store all personal items out of sight when not in use. - No refrigerators or appliances are allowed outside the RV. - Please do not hang clothes or towels outside. - No permanent or temporary structures are allowed without the written consent of Park Manager. - Satellite TV or internet dishes are allowed but must be positioned on your own site at the guest’s expense. - We encourage RV Washing and good housekeeping. - Keep grass free of any & all items-no exceptions! - All extended stay guests are responsible for fire ant control on their site. RVs - Fema trailers, tents, pop-ups, and truck campers are specifically prohibited. - All RVs must be equipped with their own holding tank. - Storage of any items under your rig is prohibited. - Keep all cords, cables, and hoses coiled and bundled. - Properly size your electric line for your unit. - It is mandatory that your sewer & gray water hose have a sewer connection (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gases from escaping. - All extended stay guests are responsible for placing their sewer hose on the concrete pad, away from the grass. - We are not be held responsible for your hose or any other cables if the lawn maintenance crew damages them with the weed eater/mower. - Normal Outdoor items such as chairs, grills, and bikes are permitted, but storage of other items should be kept to a minimum and should be neat and orderly. - No porches, decks, clotheslines or non-factory authorized steps are allowed. - Only one table and chair set allowed. - No porch swings allowed. - Holiday decoration must be removed within (2) weeks of the holiday. - No bird feeders. - No cardboard or storage boxes allowed outside. Storage - Utility / Cargo Trailers, Boats, and RVs may be kept for a monthly fee at a designated site. - The Park is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. RV Dump Waste - It is illegal to dump gray and black waste onto the ground. - All Precautions must be taken to prevent a discharge other than in the approved sewer lines and connections. - In the event of a discharge the guest is required to clean the discharge and notify park manager. Campfires - Campfires are only permitted in small / screened patio fire pits. - No open fires are permitted during a county wide burn ban. - Fireworks are not allowed to be used in the park. Sewer Connections - A sealing connection or rubber ring is required on all sewer hook ups. - Must be kept on concrete at all times. Pets - We welcome pets if they are attended by adult guest and are not deemed overly aggressive. - All pets must always be kept on a short lease (6 Ft). - Pets are not to be unattended at any time and are not allowed in the Recreation Room, Laundry Room, and Cabin Area. - You are responsible pick up the waste after your pet. - Pet waste stations and complimentary bags are provided throughout the park. - Portable fences and kennels are allowed with park managers approval. - Pets may not interfere with the peace and quiet of other guests. - If your dog is disturbing other guests, you will be asked to control your pet. - You may be requested to leave the park if you are unable to control your pet. - Aggressive and exotic pets are not permitted. - The maximum number of pets is limited to 2 per site unless approved in writing by park manager. - It is mandatory that all pet droppings be picked up immediately. - Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of parking rights. - Clean-up charge caused by your pet(s)is $50.00. - All cats must be indoors at all times. No outdoor cats are permitted. - Exotic pets are not permitted on the park grounds. Vehicle Repairs - Working on vehicles of any type or changing oil is not allowed. - Parking in vacant RV sites is strictly prohibited! - Utilizing any other RV site without prior management approval, will be subject to a charge equal to the rate that is assigned to that site. - Please do not park or drive on the grass. - Do not allow any vehicles to protrude from your RV site into the flow of traffic. - Two (2) vehicle limit plus your RV per registration. - Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles. - Must be approved by management. - No boats, cargo trailers, and utility trailers allowed in or around sites, designated sites are available for a monthly fee. - The park is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. - Do not allow any type of motor oil/fluid to leak onto your RV pad. - A cleaning fee of $150.00 will be assessed in the event a stain is caused by your vehicle/RV/golf cart/ etc. - Management must approve any type of steps to your RV that are not factory installed. - Limit of one satellite dish per rig. Dish cannot be placed on grass, bolted to trees or bolted to the pad site. - No Tenant may sublease their RV while on the park premises. - All tow vehicles must disconnect in front of the front office before parking at your site. Soliciting - No soliciting, peddling, loitering, trespassing, and trading is allowed at the park. - The operation of a business on the RV site is prohibited. Wifi - Wi-Fi is a free service to the entire park and is for general internet usage. - Streaming and downloading of large files, playing computer games, etc. is not permitted and will be subject to blockage if abused. Pond - We welcome our guests to fish during their stay with us. - Catch and release only, please. - Swimming in the pond is not allowed. Visitors - All visitors must register with the office. - If visitors are overnight guests or if they intend to use common facilities, they are subject to visitor fees. - ($10 per person per day) All visitors (adult and children) must always be accompanied by a paying guest. Liability - Management is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property caused by fire, theft, accidents, or acts of nature. - Management is not liable for damage to RVs or vehicle(s) caused by fallen tree(s) or limb(s). - Please place all excess TV cables, water hoses, electric cords, and sewer hoses next to or under RV. - Management will not be responsible for those items during mowing. Site Cleaning - If your site requires additional cleaning or preparation after departure and beyond normal, as management deems necessary (IE; Sewage, Oils, Paints, BBQ waste. Refuse, Etc.) - A $35 fee will be assessed. Violations - Any violation of these rules and regulations are grounds for eviction from the park without a refund.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
