Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservations - Any camper found without a reservation will be prosecuted for trespassing. - All campground reservations must be made online and paid in full at booking. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Pet Policy - We are a pet-friendly resort, but domestic and exotic pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after, and may not disturb other guests. - Domestic and exotic pets should be fully permitted, vaccinated, and have flea control. - All domestic and exotic pets are the responsibility of the owner and should be under control at all times (no excessive barking or relieving themselves on other sites). - Exotic pets need to follow NC and local jurisdictions for rules and regulations. - Waste needs to be picked up immediately. - No pets in the bathhouse. - The breed of pit bull is not allowed. - Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds, and they will be asked to leave and will forfeit any remaining nights on their stay. Appearance Policy - RVs must be fully self-contained, in good repair, neat and clean in appearance. - All vehicles kept at the park property must be operational, with current registration and insurance. - All vehicles and trailers are to be parked off park roads. Additional Policy - There is no sewer at the sites. - A dump station is available at the end of the park’s road for your convenience. - There will be a $100 cleanup fee if waste is left in the wrong area. - No smoking in the bathhouse and cabins. - No animals in the bathhouse. - Please be respectful of non-smokers and pick up your butts and watch your smoke flowing in open windows. - Due to dangers of fire, please dispose of your cigarette or cigar butts into your own ashtrays. - Do not use unknown chemicals in fire pits or around sites that cause damage or unwanted smells to people or the environment. - Do not leave campfires unattended, and completely extinguish the fire before leaving or checking out. - Do not put glass, plastic bottles, or cans in fire rings. - Do not remove fire rings. - Use wood that fits the fire rings (oversized wood is a fire hazard). - Dispose of food in your personal trash can or use the dumpster on the property. - Please do not litter or throw food into the woods as it will attract unwanted animals and insects. - Do not leave food or food waste outside overnight. - No laundry cords, clotheslines, or hanging of excessive laundry. - Avoid clutter such as tattered flags, tools, wood, empty flowerpots, etc. - No vulgar signage. - Site cleanliness is expected. - There is no electric vehicle charging available in Boylston Creek RV Park and Cabins. - No poles or circus activities. Water Usage - We use well water and are on a water conservation program year-round. - Please do not waste water. - If there is a leak in your hose, your water will be shut off until you repair your hose. - Do not water in the heat of the day. Trash - Please put household trash only in the designated dumpster. - Non-household trash needs to be taken to the landfill. Behavior Policy - Illegal drugs, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, violence or threat of violence, use of profanity, aggressive behavior that disturbs or threatens the rights, comforts, or convenience of others in or near the park will not be tolerated. Winter - Spigots are frost-free. - RVs must have heated hoses to hook up to the spigot. Vehicle Parking - RV sites have designated parking on the gravel pad. - There is also parking in the center of the park. - Don’t park on the grass if it is wet from rain – use the parking lot. - No commercial vehicles may be prohibited from entering the park to stay. Damages - Damages to RV sites, cabins, bathhouse, or other Boylston Creek RV Park and Cabins areas will be assessed in occurrence and repair fees will be applied to your account. - Damage to other campers’ property will not be tolerated, and legal actions will be taken to rectify it. Liability - Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. - The Boylston Creek and its management bear no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing, howsoever caused. Eviction Policy - The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper, or group of campers for any cause.
