Our RV campsites are the perfect way to experience the outdoors in a way that is comfortable for your family or group. There are no refunds for weather-related situations or early departures.

- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Quiet time
- 10:00 PM, no exceptions.
- Please keep your music and voices to a minimum, no disorderly conduct.
- Please respect your neighbors.
Campground Standard Policy
- Gate admission is not included and must be paid at entry for each day of your reservation.
- Adult $12, Children 6-11 $5, 5 and under are free
- No tents allowed in the RV area sites include A, B, S, and V!!.
- No exceptions.
- All sites must be vacated by 2 PM on the day of checkout, or your RV will be towed at your expense.
- Plan accordingly to clear your site on time.
- If you are renting a RV you need to make sure to contact the owner and make sure it is picked up, if failed to be picked up by 2:00pm on your check out day you will be charged for the additional time.
- The RV will be towed away at the owner's expense.
- The white receipt given to you by the gatekeeper must be displayed in the window of your RV at all times.
- The orange receipt given to you by the gatekeeper must be displayed on vehicle’s rear-view mirror at ALL times.
- One RV is allowed at each paid Campsite. No parking in empty Campsites at any time!!
- Please leave the Campsite better when you leave than when you found it.
- Do not block the flow of traffic at any time.
- Do not park in the middle of paved roadways.
- Day pass patrons are not allowed to stay past midnight.
- Absolutely no glass containers of any kind allowed!
- Absolutely no tent camping or presence of tents will be permitted on any lake premises.
- On the date of departure RV’s, Campers, Belongings, and Trash must be removed by 2:00 PM
- No exceptions! Must pay for another day if not vacated by 2:00 pm!!
Tent Camping Area
- One tent per site, no exceptions
- No sleeping in vehicles
- Tents must be set up near the marker post for the site you reserved.
- You may book multiple sites, but one tent and positioning rules apply at all times.
- No generators permitted after 11 pm for any reason.
- We are currently unable to support the use of medical devices in tent area over night due to established noise ordinance.
- We are working to find a solution as soon as possible!
- No loud, profane or explicit music at anytime your passes will be revoked without a refund and your group will be escorted from the premises.
- Any violation of the Terms and Conditions will result in your group being removed from the premises without a refund.
Disposal
- Trash bins are located throughout campgrounds.
- Do not dump tanks while camping in B, S & V.
- Designated dump stations are located near Campgrounds A & B.
Pets
- All pets must be on a leash unless in an RV.
- Waste from pets must be picked up immediately.
- Absolutely no animals of any kind in public bathrooms or on beaches at any time.
ATV
- ATV riding hours – sunup to sundown.
- No night riding.
- Call to confirm that trails are open.
- Complete the required ATV training course.
- Pay attention to where you are riding.
- Children 6 and older may use under 70cc engines, 12+ may use 70-90cc engines, and 16+ may use engines over 90cc.
- ATV operators under the age of 14 must be under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian.
- An ATV (all-terrain vehicle) is defined as a vehicle propelled with three or four tires in contact with the ground, designed for off-highway use by the operator only (no passengers), and not designated for farming or lawn care.
- Comply with all Texas ATV laws.
- Texas Parks and Wildlife now requires an OHV sticker, which can be purchased before coming to the lake.
- ATV users must stay above the cliffs and east of Campground “A” or at the trails on the Northwest end of the dam.
- ATV vehicles are not allowed on bridges, bar ditches, thoroughfares, shoulders of roads, public highways, or the grassy areas surrounding highways.
- When taking your ATV across a public street, road, or highway that is not an interstate or limited access highway, you must stop the ATV completely, yield the right of way, cross with the headlight and the taillight on, and go quickly and safely at a 90-degree angle.
- Wear safety gear.
- A properly fastened helmet and eye protection are required year-round.
- Whether you are riding for pleasure, camping, playing in the sand dunes, or riding in the forest, you must wear safety gear at all times.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
