Check-In Procedure
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Pet Policy
Basis for Dog Exclusion
- The basis for exclusion may include, but is not limited to, the following, are sick, are aggressive, vicious, dangerous or potentially dangerous; require muzzling, or are easily frightened or sensitive, resulting in disruptive behavior (such as fighting or biting) in response to a stimulus.
Dog Supervision Rules
- All guests agree to keep their dog on a leash or in a carrier while in all public areas of the Campground.
- Guests further agree to have their dog with them or a designated individual at all times and understand that dogs may not be left unattended in the cabin or at the campsite.
- Guests agree to prevent noise or any other disturbance by their dog, in the interest of other guests at the Campground.
Vaccinations and Flea Treatments
- Dog is up to date on all vaccinations (including rabies and distemper) and flea treatments.
Disturbances
- Don’t allow your dog to create any disturbances which cause complaints to be made to the management by other guests or employees of the Campground.
- Do at the request of a Campground employee, immediately make arrangements to house your dog elsewhere outside the Campground.
- Don’t ignore a request to relocate your dog; if you do not find alternative housing for your pet, you will be asked to leave the Campground and will not be issued a refund.
Assumption of Risk and Release
- Permission to have a dog at the Campground is a privilege and not a contractual right.
- Such permission is expressly conditional upon the guest’s adherence to the terms of these rules and any other rules in effect at any given time.
- The Campground reserves the right to revoke such permission at any time for any reason.
- By bringing a dog onto the Campground premises, the guest assumes full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or other harm that may occur while the dog is at the Campground or is caused by the dog.
- The guest further knowingly and voluntarily agrees to expressly release and discharge the Campground, its owner, agents, parent companies, members, managers, directors, officers, and employees (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action—present or future, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated—that may arise from the presence of the dog on the Campground, whether due to any act or omission, negligent or otherwise, of the guest, the dog, or any invitees.
- Additionally, the guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all such claims, including associated costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees.
- This provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
