Check-In Procedure
- RV & Campsite Check-In: 2:00 PM

- No RV or campsite will be allowed to check in or set up during the Park’s quiet hours.
- Any late check-ins or check-outs will incur a fee of $20/hour.
- If you arrive early, you may utilize onsite amenities until an accommodation is ready.
- If you arrive after the posted closing of our guest services desk, there will be a charge of $20 per room per hour.
- A late-fee charge of $50 may apply.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Guarantee Policy
- Each guest room reservation requires a minimum 2-night stay only on weekends and credit card guarantee and deposit for the first night’s lodging, including occupancy tax.
- Designated holidays require a two-night deposit per room, including occupancy tax.
- For a stay of three nights or more, the deposit is 50% of your total stay.
- Your deposit is processed immediately and applied to the total amount of your stay.
- Holidays are a minimum 3-night stay; designated holidays include Spring Break, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s.
Maximum Occupancy
- There is a limit of four (4) adults per standard double or deluxe room and two (2) adults per standard single queen room.
Pet Policy
- Well-behaved pets are welcome at Canyon of the Eagles in designated guest rooms and most public spaces (not inside buildings unless service dog).
- The pet charge is $25 per pet per stay, with a limit of two (2) pets.
- Pet charge is subject to change.
- All pets must be registered at the front desk, and failure to register Fido may result in a $100 fee added to your bill upon checkout.
- All pets must be current on their inoculations and must be on a leash at all times when in the park.
- All damage created by a pet is the sole responsibility of the pet owner to fix or replace.
- Management is authorized to charge the pet owner for damage caused by their pet(s).
- Pet owners are required to collect droppings left by their animals and if necessary, a cleanup cost of $25 per occurrence will be charged to the pet owner if there is failure to clean up their pet’s waste.
- Noxious (noisy, misbehave, or nuisance) animals are not allowed.
- All pets are to be crated or absent when housekeeping performs their daily limited service.
- Please do not tie your dogs in public areas and leave them unattended.
- We are a pet-friendly resort.
- Pets must be registered at the Guest Services Desk (limit two per room), stay in crates when left unattended, and be on a leash no longer than six feet when walking in the Park.
- Pets are allowed on the restaurant’s outdoor deck or patio.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damage that their pets may cause to the rooms or property.
- Barking dogs will not be allowed to stay when they disturb others.
- LCRA strongly urges pet owners not to allow their dogs to eat algae in the lake.
Guests Services
- For any questions, items needed, or to report a problem, please call Guest Services at (512) 334-2070 or stop by the office.
- Guest Services Desk is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday & Saturday 7:30 to 11 p.m., and Sunday 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Hours may fluctuate due to business levels and holidays).
Key Drop & Final Receipt
- Please note, room keys may be dropped in the Red Key Box, located on the wall in front of the guest services door.
- Your final receipt will then be emailed to you.
Housekeeping
- Housekeepers are not allowed to enter your guestroom during your stay.
- Please contact Guest Services or put a note outside your door if you need supplies or linens.
- Otherwise, please practice the “reuse” of these items.
- Also, please leave your trash in a securely tied bag outside your door from 8 a.m. until noon daily, and it will be picked up.
- An iron and an ironing board are available upon request.
Children
- Due to the intimate size and remote nature of our resort, we ask that children age 16 and under be supervised at all times by the care of parents, a nanny, or a guardian.
- Please remember to use caution when exploring the surrounding areas with young children and pets.
- The wildlife is in their natural habitat and may be protective of their environment.
Overlook Restaurant
- Our award-winning restaurant offers daily casual indoor and outdoor dining and takeout.
- We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with most meals available for takeout and curbside.
- Brunch is served on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Dinner reservations are required and can be made directly at the restaurant, or you may call (512) 334-2070.
- We serve beer and wine daily in the restaurant and cocktails on designated nights.
- The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday & Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Hours may fluctuate due to business levels.
- Please note, the restaurant closes for two hours between 3 and 5 p.m. on Saturday.
- Snacks and food items can be purchased at guest services.
- Please check or call guest services or the restaurant for more information.
Eagles Nest
- Eagles Nest is open on Friday, Saturday, and holidays, or by appointment.
- Alcohol and food items are available with indoor or outdoor seating.
- Cocktails, beer, and wine are also sold at the rear window whenever Eagles Nest is open.
- You must be 21 years of age to enter Eagles Nest.
- Only alcoholic beverages purchased from the Resort’s restaurant and bar are permitted in the public areas within the Resort.
Perch
- Our 24/7 recreational room offers a television, restrooms, and an ice machine for resort guests.
- Please do not use the guest ice machine to fill your cooler.
- Bags of ice can be purchased at the Guest Services Desk.
- No cooking or large group gatherings are allowed in the Perch.
Swimming Pool
- The resort’s swimming pool is available for guestrooms only and is open daily from 10 a.m. until dusk.
- At this time, boats or water equipment cannot be docked or stored overnight at the beach area.
- No glass is allowed in our common areas or lakeside for obvious reasons.
- Please wear shoes and no diving at the dock.
Grills Or Outdoor Cooking
- Grills, BBQ’s and cooking appliances are not allowed in or near our guestrooms, decks, resort, or beach areas.
- If you want to grill or cook your own food, we suggest you rent a campsite.
Fire
- Fires are only allowed in designated areas in fire pits or as advised.
- Please contact Guest Services to book a campsite and check for any Burn Ban.
Shopping And Essentials
- Our gift shop, located at Guest Services, has sundries, munchies, beverages, ice, candy, apparel, gifts, souvenirs, grab-n-go food items, and other items for your convenience.
Programs
- Programs are available for either public or private bookings for a fee.
- For more information or to sign up for programs, please contact guest services or check the message board.
- Programs book quickly.
- Complimentary programs include the live entertainment on weekends, nightly movies, group nature walks, educational series, and others as designated on our website or program schedule located at the front desk.
Nature Trails
- 16 miles of groomed nature trails are available for your enjoyment, for any age or ability.
- Some trails may be closed due to the nesting season for threatened birds.
- We frequently see a variety of species of birds and wildlife throughout the park and beach areas.
Campground Disclaimer
- Cote and the Park are a unique nature-based resort facility that includes the opportunity for you to participate in a variety of activities, including, without limitation, hiking, kayaking, and lakefront activities.
- Please follow all communicated and posted safety instructions and guidelines.
- Participation in any such activities involves some level of risk, and you assume all risk in such participation.
- Guest agrees that COTE and the Lower Colorado River Authority (as owner of the Park), and their respective affiliates (Released Parties) are not responsible for any injuries, sickness, accidents or death that may occur while visiting and staying at the Park, and you hereby release each of the Released Parties from any liability or claims relating to any such injuries, sickness, accidents or death.
- Additionally, the owners, operators and their respective affiliates are not liable for any loss of or damage to your personal property, including merchandise or stolen goods, articles, or valuables prior to, during or subsequent to any stay.
- Please practice our Leave-No-Trace (LNT) Program when enjoying Mother Nature.
- This means keeping our property pristine, especially from food, trash, or pet droppings.
- We appreciate your pledge to leave each place you stop to enjoy.
- Better than you found it.
- Also, please help us protect the native species that live in this natural and rich ecosystem.
- We appreciate you not feeding the animals.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
