Registration and Arrival Check In Procedure - Check In: 1:00 PM - Check Out: 11:00 AM - We do charge $5 per hour for early check-in or late check-out. - We charge a fee to encourage guests to stick to check-in/out times to help avoid traffic jams getting into and out of the sites/park. - We do not allow late check-outs past 1:00 pm due to incoming reservations. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. - Excessively loud music, vehicles, or behavior are prohibited at all times. Grass Policy - Don't hurt the grass! - Do not park or drive on the grass. - We do not allow rugs or mats on the grass, even for a short stay, as they will kill the grass. - All vehicles must be parked in line on your site (i.e., not perpendicular or angled across gravel) to avoid tires crossing grass upon entry/exit. - A minimum $50 fee will be charged to you for failure to follow this rule. Children Policy - Children must be accompanied by an adult in all buildings. Facilities - Bathrooms are closed daily from 11 am to 1 pm for cleaning. - Fitness equipment is for adults only. - Leave buildings clean. - Please dry off from the pool before entering the buildings. - The Pickle Ball courts are available for use during daylight hours. - The Pavilion is available for use 8 am – 9 pm. - Leave the area clean and properly dispose of trash. - We also try to perform many tasks while the park is emptiest between 11 am-1 pm, such as cleaning bathrooms, cleaning firepits, mowing grass, spraying sites for weeds, trimming trees, etc. Pool Policy - Please be considerate of the noise level while enjoying the pool. - Review all additional Pool Rules posted in the pool area prior to entering. - Memorial Day through Labor Day, the pool is open 10 am – 8 pm, barring inclement weather. - Children must be supervised at all times. - Parents are responsible for their children’s safe and considerate conduct and any injuries or damage that they may incur or cause. - Individuals 17 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult in all park buildings, the pool area, and the Pickle Ball court area. Visitor - All campers/guests/visitors must register at the office and display a park pass. - Visitors must register with the office; a fee for each visitor applies. - Visitors must exit the park by 9:00 pm Central Time. - Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons and pets in their group. Safety - No heat/cooking devices are allowed on Pavilion picnic tables. - No smoking in buildings. - Per Health Department regulations, no person shall be in the pool area alone, and individuals 17 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult. - All sites have built-in fire pits. - You may use your own portable fire pit or BBQ on gravel. - Fires must be supervised, no more than 2 feet high, and properly extinguished. - Use proper heat and grease protection for tabletop grills on picnic tables at sites. - Do not discard or burn trash, cardboard boxes, or cigarette butts in fire pits. - Select sites will be available with heated hydrants. - Heated hoses are required if you hook up to the water during the winter. - Don't forget to properly winterize any external water accessories such as filters, regulators, elbows, etc. - If damage or water loss occurs from failure to take appropriate precautions or disconnect there will be a minimum $250 fee to cover repairs and water loss. - Only skirting specifically manufactured for RVs is allowed (no hay/tarp/Styrofoam/etc). - We reserve the right to turn water off to sites during the winter as needed. Pet - Pets must be on a leash no more than 6ft in length and under the adult owner's control at all times. - A fenced pet exercise area is provided. You must clean up after your pet; a cleanup fee will be assessed for not properly disposing of your dog's waste. - Pets cannot be left outside unattended. - Do not tie your pet up to our trees or allow them to damage/pee on our flowers and plants. - Pets are not allowed in any buildings or the pool area. - Dog waste stations are located throughout the park. - Do not dispose of dog waste in trash cans located inside buildings. - Pets must not be aggressive or a nuisance. Disposal - Place bagged trash on the edge of the center road by 10:00 am for pickup by park staff. No boxes or loose trash. - Cigarette butts are trash and must be properly discarded. - Do not put trash or boxes in fire pits. Vehicle - Only one vehicle and an RV are allowed per site. - Additional vehicles, oversized vehicles (i.e. Semi semi-tractors, or cargo/car trailers) must be approved by park staff at the time of booking. - Vehicle must be parked on your gravel site in line with the RV (i.e., not perpendicular or angled across the gravel). - Do not drive through unoccupied sites. - The speed limit is 5 mph, stop at all stop signs, and watch for pedestrians. - You must receive prior approval to charge your vehicle through our pedestal or through your RV when it is connected to our pedestal, and fees will apply. - Vehicle and RV must be clean and in good condition. - Only street-legal vehicles are allowed in the park; a valid driver's license is required. - No off-road vehicles, golf carts, or dirt bikes. - Provisions made for ADA compliance. Vehicle maintenance is not allowed. - You may purchase a vehicle wash permit for $10.
