Check-in Procedure - Check-In Time: 04:00 PM. - Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Camping Policy - Camping is permitted only in designated areas on LCRA land. Fire Policy - Campfires are permitted only in designated fire rings or barbeque pits. - At Matagorda Bay Nature Park, no open fires are permitted unless contained in an above-ground device with a spark screen installed covering the fire. Vehicles and Transportation - Only licensed authorized vehicles are permitted in the parks. Alcohol Use - Please drink responsibly. Hunting - Hunting and trapping are not permitted. Firearms and Explosives - Possession or discharge of any kind of fireworks or explosives is prohibited. Swimming and Water Activities - Swimming is permitted but not within 50 feet of any boat ramp. - Swimming is at your own risk. - There are no lifeguards. - Portable swimming pools or slip 'n slides are prohibited. Wildlife - Protect pets and wildlife by keeping pets on leash in designated camping and picnicking areas Pet Policy - Outside designated camping and picking areas, pets must be kept under their owner's direct control. - Please clean up and properly dispose of all pet waste. Noise and Conduct - Respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. Litter and Waste - Thank you for not littering.
