Chipman Waterfront Campground
Welcome to Chipman Waterfront Campground located on the Bank of the Salmon River. Come visit our quiet family campground only 10 mins by speed boat to Grand Lake and bring your fishing rod for perch,pickerel, catfish,trout and bass. No license required as we are on the Tidal Waters.
We are at 311 Pleasant Drive, Chipman, E4A 1S6 and only 45 minutes from Fredericton and a little over an hour from Moncton or St.John. The village has a Save Easy,Value Foods, Shoppers, NB Alcohol Store only mins. across the bridge to Main Street.

Check-In Procedure
- Check-in: 1:00pm.
- Check-out: 11:00am.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Speed Limit
- The speed limit in the park is 15km/hour, starting at the front gate
- No exceptions.
Pool
- Our pool is open from 10am to dusk.
- Children under the age of 12 are not to be unattended.
- Those who are will be asked to leave and not return.
Surge Protector Recommendation
- We highly recommend you bring along a surge protector for your trailer plugin.
Rates
- All rates and surcharges are subjected to 15% tax (HST).
Occupancy Limits and Visitor Fees
- All reservations (unless specified otherwise) is for 2 adults and their dependent children (under the age of 18 yrs old.) per campsite.
- Additional guests require payment of a visitors fee.
- All individuals under the age of 18yrs old, must be accompanied by an adult.
Parking & Vehicle Policy
- Each campsite is allowed 2 vehicles (included in the reservation).
- Additional vehicles may use our additional parking area that will be pointed out at time of arrival.
Maximum Camping Units Per Site
- Maximum number of camping units per site is one (1).
Campfires
- Campfires are permitted at each site, in the designated fire pit provided, weather permitting and in conjunction with provincial fire ban laws/regulations.
- Campfire status is posted at entrance of the campground when you arrive and updated each day by 3pm.
- Campfires parties are asked to be quiet by 11pm (12pm on Friday and Saturday).
Pets
- Pets are welcomed at the campground.
- Please keep in mind that animals are required to be a leash when outside of a camper or vehicle and must not be left unattended.
- It is also the owner’s responsibility to clean up after their pet immediately.
- There are designated areas at the beach for dogs (signs are posted,) please respect the signs and be sure to keep pets on leashes while on the beach.
- While dogs are welcome in the park, they are to be leashed and picked up after.
General Rules & Compliance
- All Campers must follow the campground rules and regulations as listed on our website at time of booking.
- The Guest agrees to read and comply with the campground rules and regulations and understands that by not complying, may be asked to leave the premises.
Campground Rights & Liability
- The Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to our guests or be held responsible for loss of personal belongings.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
