Clemson RV Park at The Grove

Check-In Procedure - Check-in: 1:00 P.M. - Check out: 11:00 A.M. - Late check-outs must be approved by the office and will incur a fee. - Late check-out is 3 pm. - Any campsites needed after 3 pm will need to purchase an additional night. - If you are in need of late check-out, please call our office. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Speed Limit - 5 mph speed limit is for all motorized vehicles. - Please observe one-way directional arrows. Theft - The park is not responsible for the loss or theft of any property. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. - Football season tends to run a little later. - Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum. Site Courtesy and Safety Guidelines - Please do not walk through other guests’ sites. - Do not expand any personal items or vehicles into unoccupied sites unless given permission. - A camper may be coming late into that site. - We recommend having a spotter when backing into your site. - Restrooms - For Clemson RV campers only. Laundry - For Clemson RV campers only. Trash - Please take all garbage to a designated dumpster. We no longer offer trash pickup. - Our dumpsters are for household garbage only. - Fees will be applied to items placed in the dumpster that are not household garbage. - No mattresses, chairs, furniture, bicycles, etc. Golf carts - Must be driven by a licensed driver. - Must have proof of insurance on the cart at all times. - Golf cart permit must be purchased & displayed on front windshield. - All carts must obey the 5 mph speed limit and one-way directional signs - Available for purchase in our office. Children - Guests are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children. - Children 12 & under must always be accompanied by an adult. - No child is allowed at/in the pool without adult supervision. Animals/Pets - The leash must be 6 ft or shorter and under the control of an adult at all times. - Pet clean-up is mandatory. - No pets in the office, laundry, pavilion, or restrooms. - No pets inside the pool or pool area. - No tethering to fixtures or campers. - No leaving pets unattended at any time. - Pets must have plenty of water at all times. - Pet fences are allowed if kept clean inside. - Pets cannot be left in them unattended. - Must be moved for grass cutting. - Pets must always be on a leash while in the park. - You are required to pick up after your pet ($50 fine). - Pet must be up to date on all shots and vaccines. - Pets must be supervised at all times. - I am responsible for any of my pet’s actions. - There is a $50 fee per pet violation. - Aggressive dogs not permitted. - Offenders must leave. Campfire/Fire - Campfires are allowed in above-ground and raised fire rings only. - No fires on bare ground. - Allowed only in raised fire rings/pits. - No fires on bare ground. - Screw in sewer rings. - This is essential in keeping our park odor-free. - If needed, they are available to purchase in our camp store. Prohibited Activities/Items - Fireworks are not allowed. - No digging in gravel or grass. - No stakes are to be pounded in the grass or gravel at any time, as there are sprinkler lines that run beneath each site, etc. - You are responsible for the damages. - No use of generators. - No clotheslines are to be utilized on your site. - No washing of vehicles or RVs in the park. - No vehicle maintenance unless approved by management. - No gardens or flower beds. - No window ac units on campers/RVs. Tailgate Tents - Cannot be left up on sites for more than 5 days. - Enclosed tents are not permitted. Camping Tents - Tent camping is not prohibited. - One small outdoor fridge allowed (max 4.5 cu ft). - No outdoor freezers. Vehicle Extra Vehicles - Additional fees apply. - Must not block roads or empty sites. - Additional parking is available if needed. - No parking on grass. - Up to 2 vehicles. - Vehicles must be in good running order. - No excessive fluid leaks, etc., will be tolerated. - Maintenance on vehicles is prohibited unless approved by the park manager. - No ATV (four-wheelers, gators, side by sides, etc) may be driven or inside the park. - Bicycles must have lights after dark. Basic Rate - Covers 2 people with two vehicles or tow-behind units. Boats & Trailers - We do not offer boat or trailer parking. - If boats or trailers will fit on your site, you may park them there. Sewer Ring Requirement - Screw in sewer rings are required to keep odors and bugs down. - We sell them in the office if you need one. Moving Sites - Do not leave the park until your new site is available and you’ve moved. - Inform the office after you’ve moved. Parking - No parking on grass. Winter Temperature - Please turn off your water spigot during freezing temperatures to refrain from busted water hoses & water filters. - If you choose to leave your water spigot on & it busts. - You will be charged $270 for the replacement spigot. Trailers - Clemson RV park provides trailer parking for up to 5 days only for a small fee. - If you need trailer parking for longer than 5 days. - You will need to make arrangements at an off-site facility. - Trailers are not allowed to be parked in the site beside you. - If this happens, the trailer will be towed at the owner’s expense. Monthly Campers - By signing below, you are accepting to pay our monthly rate on time each month. - It is due on the day that your month ends. - No exceptions. Cleanliness - Your site must be kept tidy and neat. - No rash on the site. Swimming - No solo swimming. - Always swim with a buddy. - No running or rough play. - Keep it safe for everyone. - No swimming under the influence. - Alcohol or drug use is prohibited. - No spitting or nose blowing in the pool. - Do not enter the pool if you have diarrhea or nausea, skin, eye, ear, or respiratory infections, open wounds or lesions. - No pets or animals in the pool area. - No glass in or around the pool deck. - Children must be supervised at all times. - Shower before entering the pool. - Follow posted pool hours and maximum occupancy. - First aid kit is available at the front office. - Swim at your own risk. - No lifeguard on duty - No furniture should be placed inside the pool. Campground Disclaimer - Secure your valuables at all times. - The park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
