Check-In and Check-Out Procedure - Check in is 3:00 pm. - Check out time is 10:00 am. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Cleanliness & Maintenance - Please remove extremely dirty clothing and boots outside, before going in the cabin. - Please avoid causing damage to our cabin or property. - Please place all trash in the cans provided. - All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience and comfort during your visit. - Be sure to leave all linens and towels in the cabin when leaving or we will have to charge you to replace them. - We want to keep these cabins looking nice for your next visit or for the next visitor so please be respectful and careful. Behavior - Please be respectful to other guests. Alcohol - Consumption of alcohol is only allowed on the individual cabin site to which you or your guests are registered. - Individuals must be 21 years old to consume alcohol. Smoking - Please no smoking allowed inside cabins. Pet Policy - Sorry no dogs allowed. Reservation Policy - The following policies apply to all reservations and cancellations regardless of circumstances. - We are not responsible for bad weather, a change in your work schedules or any other circumstance that might arise. Cabin Reservation Policy - We have a three (3) night minimum stay for our cabins. - Depending on circumstances we may be able to accommodate your request. - Full payment for your cabin rental is due at the time of scheduling your stay. - You must be 21 or older to make a reservation. Restrictions - The person making the reservation will be charged for any damage to the property or need for excessive cleaning at the prevailing rate including labor and materials.
