Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is after 1:00 PM. - Check-out time is before 11:00 AM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Park General Rules - Help us keep the community clean and a great place to live. - Rent is due on the 1st of each month. - Any balance not paid by the 5th of the month will incur a $25 late fee and $10 each day thereafter. - We accept tiny homes with 50-amp service. - Wi-Fi is available as a courtesy for all guests. - Must inform us prior to washing RVs or vehicles. - Trash in dumpsters must be in “tied bags.” - All boxes must be broken down. - No loud music or park disturbances. - Drugs are forbidden. - Expect immediate eviction — no exceptions. - Residents are responsible for visitors. - No subleasing permitted. Quiet Time - After 10 pm and before 7 am RV Restrictions and Policy - No RVs over 10 years old. - Insurance for RVs, Motorhomes, and Vehicles is expected. - All vehicles must have current registration - Fulton RV Park is not responsible for loss or damage to RVs, motorhomes, vehicles, or property. Site Maintenance and Cleanliness - Please keep a tidy site. - Trash goes in the dumpsters. - Clean up after your pets. - Sewer connections must use a screw-in type connector. - Must keep your lot clean of trash, clutter, and debris Vehicles - Speed limit in the park is 5 mph. - ALL vehicles must have current registration - Vehicles must keep roadways clear. - Please park in front of the trailer or in designated spots. Park Conduct and Liability - Park staff reserves the right to access the exterior of sites for the purpose of landscaping, inspection, or repairs. - Disorderly conduct, abusive language, noisy disturbances, and public intoxication are prohibited. - The park is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property by fire, theft, wind, floods, or other natural acts beyond the park's control. - We highly recommend that owners maintain proper insurance. Pet Policy - Pets – Limit two under 25 pounds - Indoor pets only. - No roaming, staked, or unattended pets are allowed outside. - On-leash at all times. - Pick-up and dispose of the pet poop. - Pets must respect the quiet times, too. - Any pets showing aggressive behavior will be asked to leave. Fire Safety - Grills only. - No ground fires allowed. - No unattended fires. - No fireworks.
