Quiet, scenic, and conveniently located, Coastal Woods Campground is open May 17th – October 14th when the weather is at its most beautiful and the flowers are blooming. Equally pleasing to Canadians who want to visit the USA and Florida folks who want to escape hot Southern summers, our campground is a vacation destination for Maine residents and travelers from everywhere. Escape the city life! Easily accessible from I-95, pet-friendly Coastal Woods Campground offers the serenity of nature without giving up the conveniences of the city. Relax and let the world go by– you’ll feel safe within our securely gated, family-friendly community of campers. Park your RV or pitch your tent on 30 acres of densely forested, all-natural New England beauty. The world is a peaceful place beneath the trees. Plan the best vacation ever with all the comforts of home, and then some! Play billiards in the Rec Room while the kids swing and slide on the Playground. Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in is at 2 PM EST. - Check out is at 11:00 AM. - Early check-in is not permitted. - If you will be arriving in the area early, please make arrangements until your site opens up at 2:00 PM. - We do not have a waiting area for those checking in early. - You do not need to contact the office for checkout. - Late check-ins are allowed at any time; please just contact the park for instructions. - If you are staying in our park for a month or longer, we require an agreement to be signed. - Please reach out to the park for more details. - Coastal Woods Campground does not give credit or refunds due to weather or camping discomforts. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Site Changes - You have been assigned a specific site. - If you wish to move, please check with the office. - Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. - Please inquire before moving sites. Open Fires - Open fires are not allowed in our park. - Fires must be in firepits or designated fire rings. - Firewood can be purchased at the camp store. - No dumping trash in fire pits! - If there is trash in the fire pit at the end of your stay, we will charge a $25 fine. Parking - Please do not park your vehicle or trailer on an adjacent site. - Use of more than one site will result in additional charges. Storage - Storage is not allowed under or around your picnic table. Site and Park Navigation - Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. - Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground. Washing - Washing RVs or vehicles is not permitted. Pet Policies - We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times. - This helps you, your pet, and other guests and their pets stay safe. - Pets are not allowed in the buildings. - Please do not tie your pet to our trees, doors, or posts. - Pets are also not allowed at our playground. - Be a good neighbor, and please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet always. - Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites, please. - Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund. - Pets may not be left unattended in our park. - Please do not tie your pet to a tree and leave. - Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet, as many factors, including weather, power outages, etc., can affect your pet’s well-being while you are away. - All pets must be vaccinated in our park. - Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. - Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund. Speed Limit - The park speed limit is 5 mph. - This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. - Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. - Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. - Safety is our number one priority for our guests. Parking - Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 1 vehicle per site unless noted. - Please do not park extra vehicles on our grass. - Additional vehicles are $6/per day. - No parking in common areas. - Do not park in the middle of the road. - Do not park in sites that you did not register for, or and do not block our garages our bathroom, and laundry room doors. - Parking on the grass is not permitted at RV Sites or in tent areas. - No ATVs, dirt bikes, and golf carts are allowed. Severe Weather - In case of severe weather, seek shelter in the bathrooms or the laundry room. - We love pets, so please bring them with you, and please do not leave them in your RV during severe weather warnings. Visitors - Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. - All visitors must stop in the office to register and pay a guest fee. - Visitors may not bring pets. - Coastal Woods Campground reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site. - Day visitors must depart by 10:00 pm EST. - Overnight visitors must depart by noon EST. - Please check with the office before inviting any visitors. - Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed. - Overnight visitors 13 years old and over are $8.00 per night, and 4-12 years old are $4.00 per night. - Visitor day fee is $6.00 per person and $6.00 per car. - Maximum of six guests per campsite. Electrical Use - You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in your RV. - Amp usage over the 20/30 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. - Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay. - Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. - Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. - Maintenance is happy to help. - Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so. Laundry Policy - Laundry facilities are open 24/7. - Change and laundry detergent are available at the camp store. - Please do not leave your laundry unattended. - We are not responsible for accidents or theft. Restrooms Rules - For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with the exception of a temporary closing for cleaning once per day. - We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean, please. - Guests under the age of 18 need adult supervision in the bathrooms and showers. - Showers are metered ($.25/5 minutes). - NOTE: Canadian Quarters do not work. - If there are any problems, please contact the office immediately. Playground Policy - Loud music, glass, and rough play are not permitted at our playground. - Failure to follow these rules will result in you being asked to leave without a refund. Quiet Time Policies - Quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM. - Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund. Trash Disposal and Recycling - Dumpers are located around the campground. - Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash completely in the trash container. - Please do not place your trash on the ground. - Woodland creatures like possums and raccoons are attracted to left-out or disposed of food, and while we think they are cute and wonderful animals, we don’t want you to find a surprise night visitor at your site because of incorrectly disposed of trash! - Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals in our dumpers. - Please do not dispose of any motor oil, cooking oil, wires, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic or hazardous waste items. - Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees. Children Policy - Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Please ride bicycles only on the campground roads. - Helmets are required for bicycling – no skateboards allowed. - The playground closes at dusk. - Anyone under the age of 18 must be back at their site by dusk. - Children may not use the restrooms without being accompanied by a parent or guardian. Drones - Drones are not permitted in our park. - Please do not fly drones over people or RVs. Clotheslines - Clotheslines are not permitted in our park. Fireworks and Firearms - Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. - The prohibition of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. - The prohibition of firearms includes all guns, including airsoft, BB, and pellet guns. - If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Repairs - Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park. - We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
