Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in times start at 1 pm.
- Check-out is by 11 am.
- We are happy to accommodate a late check-in, but please give us a ring in advance.
- We also allow early check-in and possibly late check-out for a small fee of $5/hour with a two (2) hour maximum.
- Please reach out to the campground directly for more information.
- All visitors must check in at the office and get a visitor pass for their vehicle.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Traffic and Parking
- Please do not park in other campsite spaces.
- The park speed limit is 5 MPH.
- Please observe at all times as children, pets & pedestrians are present.
Pet Rules
- Please use designated pet areas and clean up after your pets.
- Any dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior or excessive barking, inside or outside of the RV, will absolutely not be tolerated.
- No pets are allowed in the buildings or in the playground/recreation (large grass tent) areas.
- Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 ft, connected to the owner's hand at all times when being walked.
- In order to maintain a nice grass area alongside the RV parking spot, no pets are allowed to be tied or tethered unattended outside of the RV.
- Maximum 5 pets allowed.
RV Site and Equipment
- Please contain your RV and its equipment in your designated site and do not infringe on the space next to you.
- Do not walk through or use other guests' sites for any reason.
- This includes pets and children.
- Please do not park or drive on the grass, nor place any rugs or mats (including tents) on the grass outside your RV.
- If your vehicle will not fit in your space, please use the overflow parking area.
- No swimming pools are allowed.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- No loud music, TV, parties, or yelling/screaming will be tolerated.
Cleanliness and Consideration
- No vehicle or RV washing is allowed.
- You may bucket wash your windshield to remove bugs, etc.
- No clotheslines are permitted.
- No mats, rugs, or vehicles of any type are allowed on grassy areas.
- Oil changes, vehicle repairs & spray paint activity are not allowed.
- Due to sudden winds, please do not leave awnings out while your RV is unattended.
Laundry Room
- Our coin-op laundry room facility is open 24 hours/day and offers 3 washers & 4 dryers.
- Quarters are available in the office, and some laundry necessities are available in the store.
- Iron, Ironing board, hangers/hanging pole, and utility sink are also available.
- Please be courteous to your fellow campers & remove your clothes from the machines as soon as they are washed/dried.
- Lost or found items will be placed on the shelf in the laundry room.
Restroom and Shower Facilities
- Restrooms and showers are for registered guests only.
- They are closed daily for cleaning from 11 AM - 12 PM.
No Smoking
- Please, no smoking inside the building!
Fire/Firearm/Drug Rules
- No campfires, wood-burning, or open flames are allowed anywhere on the park property.
- This includes fireworks.
- Propane fire pits and charcoal cookers are allowed.
- Please do not leave them unattended.
- Do not place hot pans or cooking equipment on tables unless protected from burning surfaces.
- Any damages or replacements cost due to negligence will be charged to your site.
- Please inquire at the office regarding charcoal disposal.
- The use of weapons, guns, or otherwise, and illegal drugs is prohibited.
Trash Policy
- Please use the dumpster near the entrance to the park for household waste only.
- Please break down all cardboard boxes before placing them in the dumpster.
- No large items such as coolers, broken chairs, or canopies are allowed.
- This service is for registered guests only.
- No personal outdoor trash cans are allowed.
- If you are observed disregarding this policy, you may have an additional fee of $10.00 charged to your credit card.
Children
- Children must be supervised at all times, even in the playground area.
- Parents are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children.
- Please do not allow your children of any age to climb on or throw rocks in the fountain by the office, or to throw rocks in the pond or irrigation canal.
Camping Privileges
- Management reserves the right to revoke the camping privileges of anyone for any reason deemed objectionable without refund.
- Guests agree to hold Conestoga Campground management and ownership harmless of any and all accidents, damages to RVs, vehicles, personal property, or injuries, theft, or loss to anyone due to fire, wind, flood, vandalism, hail, or any act of God.
- Drunkenness or any disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate eviction from the park.
- Any damages or replacement costs due to negligence or disregard for these rules will be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Campground Cancellation/Refund Policy
- All cancellations may be subject to a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee.
- This will be reviewed upon receipt of your cancellation notice, and a refund will be issued if all terms are met.
- If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of your arrival, camping fees and lodging tax will be refunded, less a cancellation fee.
- All reservation changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance of arrival and are subject to availability.
- If we cannot accommodate your changes and you decide to cancel, the cancellation policy still applies.
- Early departures will not receive a refund for any reason, including weather conditions or other things not in our control.
- If you fail to notify us that you will not be arriving, you will not receive a refund for that night, and you may lose the campsite for any additional nights booked.
- Early departures and no-shows will not receive a refund.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
