Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 2:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM - All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival. - Any extended stay packages that do not meet the committed time frame must pay the remaining balance of the normal monthly rate. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Late Check-Out Policy - The front desk may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available. - An additional nightly fee may apply. To ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures. - If a guest refuses to remove their RV on their checkout date and time, the RV may be towed at the Owners expense, or charged twice the daily rate until it is moved. Water - Due to the mountains and area our RV Park is located in, we have very high water pressure. - It is the responsibility of the guest to check the water pressure before hooking their unit up. - So far a water regulator has worked for our guest. - Copper Court RV Park will not be responsible for any blowouts and/or damage caused by the high water pressure. Campground Disclaimer - Persons are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets. - Persons assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agree to hold Owner harmless from and indemnify Owner against the same. - Copper Court RV Park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle. - We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies without refund. Recreational Vehicle - All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must not be older than 10 years unless pre-approved by management. - All pull trailers must be accompanied by a towing vehicle - We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle/RV is deemed to be unacceptable. - No tents are permitted in the RV sites - No free-standing umbrellas or pop-up tents - The total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site. - Maximum of 10 people total at a site at any given time. - This is not the maximum allowed to stay, but the maximum for get-togethers. - Maintenance on RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed. - Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 other vehicles allowed per site unless stated otherwise. - No parking on the grass or living area at any time. - If your vehicle does not fit the same direction as the parking space, you can use the overflow parking. - No parking in open RV sites. Visitors - Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 9 am & 10 pm, but they must first register at the office. - Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. - All visitors are required to leave by 10:00 PM. Firepits - Charcoal grills, personal wood fire pits, deep fryers and tiki torches are prohibited. - Propane grills, propane fire pits, and park provided fire pits are allowed. - Only wood is allowed in park provided fire pits, any trash, cigarette butts or other debris left will result in a $50 fine. Sleeping Bag - Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside. Paint/Chemicals - The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited. Clotheslines - Clotheslines are not allowed. - Guests may not hang any items from the trees or outside of their RV - All sites are to be kept neat and clear of clutter for the duration of your stay. Trash - All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the resort and not to be left outside in campspot - Do not leave trash out overnight. - No dumping permitted, only trash items are allowed in receptacle. - All other items must we taken to dump by camper otherwise a $100 fee will be charged to card on file. Boat - Boats, boat trailers, cargo trailers or car dollies are not allowed on site, unless it fits in the parking site and is not blocking the community areas or roads. - Storage is available for a fee in our storage lot. Drones - Drones or other flying remote-controlled devices may not be used at any time on the property. Showers/Restrooms - Lodge shower/restrooms are for personal hygiene and not maintenance Speed Limit - Speed limit on property is 5 mph. Safety - The use of Firearms of any kind is prohibited in the campground. - The use of archery, paintball, slingshots, or air guns is prohibited. - Fireworks of any kind are prohibited. - Use of illegal drugs is prohibited. - Disrespectful or disruptive behavior of ANY kind is prohibited. - Motorcycles must be in idle speed when traveling through the campground. - No vehicles can block any portion of roadway. - Vehicles may park in designated spaces only. - Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the campground, including golf carts, scooters, etc. - Vandalism of any kind by any guest will fully result in prosecution and immediate eviction. Security - Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. - Keep your valuables locked up. - Report any issues or concerns with your site to the Main Office immediately. - We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Please be courteous to other guests around you. - Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. - Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave the property and/or escorted off the property. - Profanity or violence towards other guests or CCRV staff will result in immediate eviction from park. - Guests violating rules that results in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay. Pet Policy - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is not considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the Resort. - Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage the animal while on the property. - There is a three-pet limit in the resort. - No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. - This includes all reptiles or large birds. - All pets must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival. - Pets may not be left outside unattended. - Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pets. - Waste receptacles are placed around the park. Please use them. - Guests should carry proof of pet’s current vaccinations. - Pets are prohibited in campground buildings and amenity areas. - Copper Court is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s). - Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Cabins House Rules - No smoking is permitted in the cabins - Report damages - Please check in/check out by calling or texting 406-417-1050 - Check out is promptly at 10am - Pets are not allowed on the couch or beds, this may result in an extra cleaning fee - Pets are not allowed unattended in cabin unless properly crated - Before checking out make sure all dishes are washed & on drying rack - All used towels should be left on the floor & please strip all linens from beds and leave on mattress including pull out bed. - If not done an extra cleaning fee will occur - All trash to be taken out to dump on property or extra cleaning fee will occur - Any damaged linens or towels will be charged for replacement to card on file
