Copper John's Resort

Since 2006, Copper John's Resort has been welcoming anglers and vacationers of all ages! Our guests often credit our cozy cabin rentals as the reason they return to us year after year. Copper John's features five "camper cabins" and ten more spacious, fully furnished cabins along the scenic White River. Additionally, we offer RV rentals and vacation lodge rentals for larger groups plus 50 full hook-up RV sites. With your comfort in mind, the new resort owners have made numerous improvements to the resort to ensure your stay is even more enjoyable, including complementary high-speed internet throughout the resort, extra parking, and firepits or grills at every cabin and RV site.

Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in for RV: 1:00 PM. - Check-out for RV: 11:00 AM. - Check-in for Cabins and vacation rentals: 4:00 PM. - Check-out for Cabins and vacation rentals: 11:00 AM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pet Rules - No exceptions. - Two dog limit - $ 20/pet deposit per dog. - Non-negotiable. - Do not leave pets tied up outside while you go play. - Bring your dogs' bedding -- please don't use our bedding for Fido. - Pets in cabins are to be kenneled and placed inside the kennel if you go to play. - Bring Fido's kennel, please. - RV'ers...If your dogs are barkers, don't leave them outside - no one else wants to hear barking dogs on vacation. - You must walk Fido outside the park to do his business, or be prepared to pick up after him, and he must walk on a leash. - Absolutely no rottweilers, Dobermans, or pit bulls. - Sorry, it's an insurance thing. - $20 non-refundable pet deposit for cabins, and if we find damage after you leave, we must run your credit card for damages incurred. Smoking - No smoking inside. - A $300 smoking fee will be applied.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
