Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is 2:00 pm. - Check-out time is 11:00 am. - Reservations longer than 5 days must be approved and will be assigned a back-in site. - No pull-through sites can be occupied for longer than 5 days. - Arrive at or after check-in time and leave before check-out time. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Grass and Landscaping - Please do not park or drive on the grass. - Please do not cut through the corners of the grass. - We have underground sprinklers that can be easily damaged by large vehicles running over them or parking on top of them. - Damages are subject to repair fees. - Please do not stake anything into the ground in the grass. - Please do not put any rugs, mats, tents, or anything with a solid bottom on the grass in your RV area. - We work very hard to keep our grass as green as possible for all our guests. - $50 fine for rugs or BBQ on grass. Tents and RV Sites - Tenting is by appointment only and in the tent area only. - No RV can have a tent on its site. - RV sites are for RV and tow vehicle only. Pet Policy - Please keep your pets on a leash at all times, even if you see other animals off leash. - Some folks do not read or follow rules, and we like to prevent dog skirmishes in the park. - We appreciate you following the rules. - Please also pick up after them to keep our grass nice for all guests. - Please remove all leashes and rope/cables from picnic tables when not at the site, as groundskeepers need to move picnic tables and mow as time permits in their schedule. - No pets can be left unattended in your RV. - No pets can be left tied to the picnic table or RV overnight. - Be A Responsible Pet Owner Parking Policy - We allow one rig and one tow vehicle per site. - Free overflow parking is available as space permits. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. - Observe Quiet Times - Be Mindful Of Your Noise Level - Keep all noise at a decent level at all times. - Keep the noise level of talking, children, and pets low and music off during posted quiet hours. Speed Limit and Safety - Speed limit in the park is 5 mph. Behavior and Conduct - Parents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their children. - Damages are subject to repair fees. - Keep the noise level of talking, children, and pets low and music off during posted quiet hours. - Respect Your Neighbors - Do not walk through other campsites and keep all items on your site. Trash - Trash should be closed in bags and placed in dumpsters located near the park exit. Vehicle Washing and Maintenance - Vehicle washing is allowed. - Dish soap or similar only, please. - Maintenance, oil changes, repairs, etc., are not allowed. RV Structures - No permanent style porch structure on any RV at any time. - No wood steps or porches allowed. - Any steps or ramps for your RV must be metal and manufactured for recreational vehicles and easily stowed in the trailer. RV Age and Condition - Vehicles and campers older than 10 years are subject to additional scrutiny. Site Cleanliness - Please keep the area at your designated RV site uncluttered. - Personal items such as bins, garbage cans, lawn chairs, planters, fishing rafts, kayaks, and ATVs must be temporary and never be on the grass overnight. - Groundskeepers must be able to water and mow the grass and cannot do their job if the site has items in their way. - Seasonal RV guests must also adhere to these rules. - Pick up after yourself and report any spills or broken equipment immediately. - Pick up all food and garbage throughout the day and clean and organize the site at the end of the night. - Pick up after yourself and report any spills or broken equipment immediately. - Keep All Facilities Clean - Keep A Tidy Campsite Speed Limit - Go the speed limit. - Observe the speed limit at all times and be aware of people, children, and pets while driving. Camfire Policy - Mind Your Campfire - Check to be sure that campfires are allowed and never leave them unattended. Lock Fees - When you reserve a site with us, you are guaranteed a space that will accommodate your rig. - Unless you lock in your site, specific spaces are not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to move you to a different spot in the park that is the same length and has the same amenities as the original site booked. - By locking in your site using the Lock Feature presented to you at check-out, you will not be moved from your chosen site to accommodate other guests. - Please note: Even if locked, we do reserve the right to move your reservation to a different spot due to emergency maintenance and repairs. - Any lock fees in this instance will be fully refunded.
